PAYMENT PLAN FOR THOMAS ANDREW ART
A payment plan is similar to a "Layaway" Plan: A 25% deposit of the total cost of the painting must be paid up front. This reserves the artwork for you and takes it off the market! A 50% deposit is required for portraits.
How it works: You pay Thomas Andrew Art 25% as a down payment and continue paying installments on the item you’ve selected. The item is kept by Thomas Andrew Art until the balance is paid in full. Once you make the down payment, we will take the art off the market and reserve it just for you! We do not ship the artwork until the balance due is paid in full. You have 6 months to complete the payment. Of course, the sooner you pay it in full, the sooner you will receive your artwork.
INTEREST FREE
As a courtesy to our valued customers, you pay no interest when you purchase your art through the agreed payment plan. You choose a payment schedule that works for you, where you choose the amount of the payments and the duration of the plan (up to 6 months).
PAY VIA PAYPAL OR CHECK/MONEY ORDER
You can choose to set up your payment plan through PayPal or by sending monthly payments in the mail. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you'll receive monthly invoices with a link to send us a payment for the amount due that month. You can also have PayPal generate an eCheck using your bank account information. And there's the good old-fashioned check or money order option, where you send your payments via regular mail each month.
A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you for the down payment. This allows you to pay with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Each month after, an invoice reminder will be sent. You may make a payment at anytime for any amount. If you are paying with your Paypal account, send it to Thomas Andrew Art (my information will be on your first invoice.) Lastly, if you choose to pay by check or money order via snail mail, please make payable to Thomas Andrew Art, 4242 Chickamauga Rd., Birmingham, AL 35213.
A bounced check will be charged an additional $50. Two or more bounced checks will VOID this contract and the reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit whatever payments you have already made.
MONTHLY STATEMENT
Each month, after your payment is processed, Thomas Andrew Art will e-mail you a statement showing how much you've paid, and the balance due, so you will always know the status of your balance due.
FLEXIBILITY - BUT COMMUNICATION IS VITAL!
The Payment Plan you agree to is a binding contract but, it can be a flexible contract. We understand situations may arise that change your ability to pay. You can always make larger payments to get your artwork sooner, or, if you run into unexpected circumstances, we can change your payment plan structure (smaller payments for a couple of months, for instance, however the artwork must be paid in full within 6 months of the start of the contract).
CANCELLATION
If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel further payments and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions:
You must notify us immediately so that we can put the art back on the market. You will be charged a fee of 25 percent (25%) of the total price of the artwork, as a service fee and compensation for our having kept the art off the market for that period of time.
NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE
If you can't make a monthly payment, please let us know as quickly as possible. If we receive no payment or communication from you for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default, and the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit whatever payments you have already made. To repeat: When you make no payments nor communicate with us for a period of 60 days or longer, the art will not be yours, and no refunds will be given.
